What shipping options are available?

We ship within the EU as standard. Shipping costs are displayed in the shopping cart. As soon as your package has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.

How long does shipping take?

We typically deliver within 3-7 working days after receiving your order.

Can I return or exchange my order?

Yes! You have a 14-day return policy. Returns must be received within 14 days of receipt of the goods. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. After inspection, we will refund the purchase price.

What if my item arrives damaged?

If a product is damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We will send you a replacement or refund as soon as possible.

Can I change my order after I've placed it?

Once your order has been processed or shipped, we unfortunately cannot change it. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make any adjustments.
